Last Week’s Progress:
• UI Audit – Branch Flow (PX App & CORE): Completed an end toend audit of branch flow designs, ensuring they are deployment-ready and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• PL Rejection Scenario – Customer Reflection: Designed and documented how personal loan rejections from Admin/CORE are reflected in the customer app, improving clarity and transparency.
• TPF Renewal Flow: Finalized the renewal journey design and completed handoff to development.
• Decoupled Loan Journey – Ticket Updates: Refined existing ticket designs to align with the new decoupled loan journey, improving overall consistency.

• DLJ (Decoupled Loan Journey): Developers are currently working on the decoupled loan journey flow, and progress is underway.

• Loan at Branch: Last week we successfully launched loan at branch and are observing its utilization this week.
• Designing Phase: We revamped the infrastructure architecture for Tenmark, and a couple of automation areas are undergoing improvements.
