✅ Last Week’s Work:
Decoupled Loan Journey (DLJ): Regular flow + edge cases/corrections completed across Admin, Core, and User App. DLJ structurally separates Gold Loan (GL) and Personal Loan (PL) to improve regulatory alignment and scalability.

User App – PL Loan Amount Edit Flow: Users can now edit the PL amount entered during the Decoupled journey.

Loans Page – Reports Revamp: Introduced a new table component, making designs uniform and consistent across apps.

Renewal Enhancements: Linked to Decoupling – advanced filters and new status filters added in Core & Admin.

Core UI Audit: Completed for Visits page & Loans page.

Tenmark Renewal Flowchart: Shared with engineering team to provide more clarity on renewal flows.

Linear Overhaul: Restructuring workflows for the team.

Tenmark & TPF Renewals Handoff: Coordinated planning and execution.

Loan at Branch Launch: Preparing for launch of Loan-at-Branch initiative.
⚙️ Engineering Updates

Code Optimization: Our teams are tackling technical debt on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring cleaner, faster, and more reliable code.

Decoupled Loan Journey: Work is underway to decouple services, making our systems more modular and easier to scale.

Designing Phase: End-to-end reviews were completed across Oro Partner App, Tenmark Partner App, Core Flow, and Admin Flow boosting confidence in future planning.

Infra Plans: Designing idempotent infrastructure for faster and more reliable execution is going on for, paving the way for smoother deployments.
🎨 Design Inspiration

Landing Page Refresh: User experience enhancements are live, making the journey clearer and more intuitive.

Consistency: Design patterns across core and partner flows are now aligned, creating a seamless and consistent experience across all user touchpoints. (And yes what once felt like “decoupling” is finally coming together 😄)
🏆 Highlights & Wins

Performance Gains: Stability and execution speed have improved, setting a strong foundation for the next phase of growth.

New Team Learning: The tech team is planning internal learning sessions where members can share knowledge on specific topics for everyone’s benefit. It’s still in the ideation stage, but there’s strong interest. If anyone from non-tech is interested, let us know — we’d love to include you in upcoming sessions.

New Execution Flow Planning: We’re adopting a more deadline-driven approach that narrows progress tracking to the individual level, ensuring a more output-focused and results-oriented workflow.
